Ingredients:
(8) Sauvignon Blanc (Prefer New Zealand)
(1) Crust of choice (Graham, Pecan or Pastry)
(2) Can Sweet Condensed Milk
(1) 8oz Nelli and Joe's Key Lime Juice
(1/2) Packet Knox Gelatin
(2) Drops Egg Shade or Yellow Color
(2) Ounces Guava Syrup (See Recipe Video)
Whip Cream Topping
First step- Drink the wine.
*Place the condensed milk in a mixing bowl.
In a separate dish (microwavable) mix the Key Lime Juice,
Knox and Egg Shade until Knox is dissolved.
Microwave until very warm, (not hot).
Gently stir the Key Lime Mixture into the Condensed Milk.
Let stand for 10 minutes and gently stir again.
Fill Crust and refrigerate for 8 hours.
